Community-Based Services,
Trauma-responsive intensive outpatient services for Bexar County youth ages 14-19, delivered in home, school, and community settings.

VisionQuest’s Intensive Outpatient Program provides trauma-responsive behavioral health services for Bexar County youth ages 14–19 who need a higher level of outpatient support but do not require residential care. Services are delivered across home, school, and community settings to increase engagement, reduce barriers to care, and support family stability. Youth may receive up to six hours of clinical and case management services per week based on treatment needs, along with after-hours stabilization and crisis prevention. Small caseloads allow clinicians to provide intensive, responsive support to youth and families. The program serves youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, or substance-use challenges, including youth involved with probation, child welfare, or school disciplinary systems. VisionQuest’s trauma-responsive clinical model focuses on reducing risk, strengthening family functioning, improving communication and coping skills, and helping youth remain safely connected to their families and communities.
