Bilingual Clinician

Benson, AZ

The Clinician conducts mental health assessments, provides ongoing individual and group counseling services, screens for human trafficking concerns, and provides crisis intervention services for youth.   • Conducts intake admissions and diagnostic assessments with youth, documenting results according to VQ standards.

Bilingual Lead Case Manager

The Lead Case Manager is responsible for managing day to day operations of the case management team. This position coordinates case management, safe and timely release services, and trains and supervises the work of Case Managers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Ensures enrollment in public school, verifies that medical needs are up to date and that the youth is added to the internal system.
  • Conducts initial intake interview of youth including; sponsorship information, gathering familial information, seeking available options for youth and maintaining contact with youth’s family members, friends, and sponsors.

The Therapist provides quality holistic services, utilizing the Sanctuary model approach, continually monitoring and documenting youth’s mental well-being and overall adjustment to the program.
