Pennsylvania Programs

VisionQuest has been providing care for at-risk young people and their families in Pennsylvania since 1980. For more than thirty-five years, VisionQuest has worked closely with youth serving agencies across the state to develop a broad spectrum of programs to meet a variety of needs. Our offerings include:

  • A full range of behavioral health treatment services, including long and short term residential care and homebased family services
  • Gender-specific programming specifically designed for young women
  • Family-like community based group homes
  • Residential care for young mothers and babies
  • Vocational development programs for boys and girls
  • On-line vocational courses available at all residential programs includes Microsoft Office® certification
  • Shelter care and diagnostic services
  • At-home and in-community support for youth and families

Young people are referred to VisionQuest’s Pennsylvania programs by Juvenile Probation Departments, Child Welfare Agencies, MH/MR Agencies, managed care organizations, and parents.

All VisionQuest residential programs within Pennsylvania are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare VisionQuest schools in Pennsylvania are regulated by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
