VisionQuest’s Lighthouse Independent Living Program (ILP) is designed to prepare adjudicated delinquent or dependent youth who will soon be on their own to make a successful transition to independent adult living. The program provides the City of Philadelphia with several options to prepare youth for the transition into self-sufficiency and adulthood. Services provided include assessment, life skills, case management, support, and advocacy. Follow-up services are provided as needed for youth who successfully complete the program. The ILP program has partnered with several community stakeholders and agencies to provide multiple living arrangements, components and services for the youth involved in this program.
