Our benefit programs are designed to provide options and flexibility to help meet each employee’s personal and family needs.

All full time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for VisionQuest employee benefits. Full time employees become eligible for interim medical benefits the first of the month following date of hire, and all benefits the first of the month following 90 days of employment.

VisionQuest offers employees an innovative, “consumer-driven” approach to healthcare benefits with these key components:

Preventative Services: Preventative treatment and wellness is key to good health. Therefore, preventative services are covered at 100% with in-network providers. These services include annual physical exams, immunizations and preventative cancer screenings based on age.

Member Responsibility: Member is responsible to meet deductible. Once the deductible is met, all covered expenses are then paid in accordance with the plan coverage provisions at 100% up to an annual maximum out-of-pocket cost.

Health Tools & Resources: Access to a 24 hour phone helpline and personalized website services to support your healthcare decisions and answer claims questions.
